Job Description

As a Junior Data Analyst you will be working within the RevOps team, providing the business with data solutions to enhance processes. You will be building workflows and reports with data to drive efficiencies, growth and revenue.

You will also provide reports to stakeholders from all entities and business units to allow informed decision making as well as educating end users on the application of internal data, contributing to greater company wide data awareness and the execution of the data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Data Requests

  • Respond accurately and efficiently to data requests from throughout the business
  • Engage with the stakeholders to provide a foundation of understanding of the data

Solution Development

  • Scope, develop and test new solutions using data to solve business needs.
  • Enhance data analytics and processing across the Moneycorp eco system.
  • Provide innovative suggestions to solve business issues.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to understanding how data can assist and enhance their processes.

Skills & Experience Required

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Interest in technology, foreign exchange and payments. Interest in data modelling & statistics
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and presentation
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and deliver solutions end-to-end

Desirable Skills:

  • Alteryx or similar data pipelining tool
  • Tableau or similar data visualisation tool
  • SQL
  • Python

Education:

  • BSc Finance/Economics/Data or similar, or relevant industry experience

Languages:

  • English

  • Self-starter, eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently hit deadlines
