My MBA course at Cardiff Metropolitan University covered a range of topics, including Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Business, Leadership and Change Management, and Project Management. Through case studies, group projects, and a final dissertation, I developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and networked with peers from diverse backgrounds and industries.
I studied for my Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Business Management at SIANTOU University Complex, Cameroon, from October 2019 to December 2020, gaining a solid foundation in business principles, management theories, and practical skills. The course covered topics such as business strategy, marketing, finance, human resource management, and operations management, and included modules on entrepreneurship, international business, and project management. Through academic projects and presentations, I developed strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and applied theoretical concepts to real-world business problems.

Work & Experience
As a Project Assistant at TAFF Housing, I managed multiple projects across different services, including a project providing temporary accommodation to young mothers and vulnerable young people, aged 16-23, ensuring their safety and well-being. I led initiatives to improve tenant engagement, supported event planning and coordination, and utilized Microsoft Office software to manage data, create reports, and communicate with teams. I also kept in touch with the police and social services, reporting underage and vulnerable women missing to the police, supporting tenants at reception, taking tenant complaints, updating Rubix, doing reports, and organizing workshops with clients to help with social welfare. Through my excellent communication skills, I worked with stakeholders and colleagues to improve customer satisfaction, achieving a 30% increase in customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
As a Support Worker at Advantage Care and Prime Care, I managed service users' health plans, medications, and day-to-day expenses, ensuring timely payment of bills and medication adherence.
